• June 10, 2013 -- A public hearing is scheduled beginning at 9:00 a.m, concerning the renewal of the Louisiana Child Care and Development Fund State Plan for the period of October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2015. The public hearing will be held at the Department of Children and Family Services, Iberville Building, 627 North 4th Street, Room 1-127, Baton Rouge, LA. • June 25, 2013 -- A public hearing is scheduled beginning at 9:00 a.m., concerning a proposed rule titled Recovery of Overpayments and Over Issuances. The public hearing will be held at the Department of Children and Family Services, Iberville Building, 627 North 4th Street, Room 1-127, Baton Rouge, LA.
